These terms govern use of the Denver Geothermal website and the arrangement of Geothermal Heat Pumps services. By using the site or requesting services you agree to these terms.
Services
We help plan and arrange Geothermal Heat Pumps installations, site evaluations, loop selection, and commissioning checks. Service details, schedule, and itemized cost estimates will be provided in writing before work begins.
User responsibilities
You must provide accurate site information for site evaluation and allow reasonable access for inspections and installation. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals unless stated otherwise in writing.
Payment and cancellations
Payment terms will be stated in the written estimate and must be met according to that agreement. Cancellations, rescheduling, and deposit terms are included in the estimate and scope documents.
Disclaimers and liability
We do not guarantee specific energy savings or rebate approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the affected services and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where services are offered. Any dispute will be resolved under the procedures and courts available in that jurisdiction.
